Salon Policies

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give the salon 24 hours notice to ensure you will not be charged for a missed appointment. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are able to fill your slot, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. 

Health & Safety

Due to the aim of controlling the spread of Corona Virus we ask all clients to wear face masks in the salon. This is to keep both you and our staff safe. Masks are available to purchase from the Salon. If you refuse to wear a mask, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for your treatment. 

PreBooked Treatments

Certain treatments will require skin patch tests for your own safety and these must be carried out in salon before any treatment can take place. 

These treatments include: lash tint and microblading. 

 

 

Deposit

a 50% deposit is required for some treatments as there is a considerable time commitment and specialise tools need to be prepared ahead of the treatment. 

Deposits need to be paid at least 48 hours before treatment. These treatments include: 

  • dermaplaning

  • microblading

  • microneedling

  • skin peels
